Together, we prepared sushi and two types of cocktails for a group of 39 guests. It was an incredibly valuable and engaging experience through which we gained practical knowledge about sushi preparation, proper rolling techniques, presentation, and cocktail creation. Beyond the culinary aspect, we also learned about the organization and logistics involved in hosting events for larger groups, giving us insight into the professional standards of the hospitality industry.
